Australian Store Stops Chinese Woman from Buying Child Milk Formula and Accused Her of Selling to Her Country

A Chinese mother who just wanted to feed her baby with formula milk was barred at the departmental store in Australia. It was a ridiculous reason because she was also accused of selling all these items to her country.

The shocking incident was taken place at Big W Gateways in Success, Western Australia on Thursday when a Chinese lady Mindy Lim was shopping with her friends and their babies. Lim has claimed in her post on the Facebook that that employee of the store stopped her from buying formula milk by claiming that she ‘had been in the store earlier’. After that, another employee approached her and asked her to stop these items and formulas to her country China.

In the response of that employee, she explained that she had never been to the store earlier in the day. Lim asked that she is just buying milk formula for her baby. But to her horror that employee only told her to just shut up, buy her stuff, leave this departmental store and never return.

She recalled ‘upon her leaving to store, I was furious that I was attacked and made to feel like a criminal.

Facebook commenters lashed out at the Big W over this shocking incident:

After that Lim wrote in an update: thankfully, the issue appears to have been settled.

“Thank you, everyone, for your support. Just an update that Big W has called to apologize on behalf of the staff. I have accepted and want to move on. Let’s hope no one gets mistreated like that again.”
