American President Donald Trump renewed his call for surveillance of mosque in the United States. He revived a controversial policy proposal as the president has not raised in such direct terms since of becoming presumptive Republican presidential nominee.
The president’s speech was in keeping with billions of reaction to the terror attack in Orlando. In this attack, the gunman killed about 49 people at a nightclub on Sunday Morning. Donald Trump has also leveled the biting criticism of President Barack Obama well as a presidential nominee from Democrats, Hilary Clinton. As he doubled down on his controversial proposal to ban Muslims from entering the United States. Despite, he also launched surveillance operation on mosques. The Republicans, as well as Democrats, have criticized against American values of freedom and plurality of religion.
He said to the crown that, ‘we have to go and maybe check, the respectfully, mosques. Despite, we have to check some other places as well. Because this is such a big problem that if we don’t solve it, it’s going to eat our country alive. Donald Trump has set up a fire storm against Muslim in November when he called for the surveillance of mosques. He also floated the idea of compiling a national database record of all Muslim living in the country. The President also claimed that ‘we have to be very strong in terms of looking at the mosques’.
Trump also sounded the alarm on U.S.-born children of Muslim immigrants and warned of the “horrendous” results of Syrian refugees flowing into Europe. He said that ‘they came into our country, therefore, they want to take it over. So the crime rate is through the roof, all the things are happening that are horrendous.’
Before this, Donald Trump has previously been clean about his views on the Muslim community. As he believes that Islam hates us. He asked that Orlando would not be the last attack in the United States by this community.
